COVERX
COVERX 700 is a high-alumina, alumina–silica (Al₂O₃–SiO₂) refractory castable commonly used for induction furnaces, ladles, and high-temperature foundry zones. It is designed to form a stable mullite phase at operating temperatures, giving strength, thermal stability, and resistance to slag attack.
REDEX
REDEX 65 is a high-alumina alumina–silica (Al₂O₃–SiO₂) refractory castable with around 65% Al₂O₃, widely used in induction furnaces, ladles, runners, and high-temperature foundry zones. It offers a good balance between thermal shock resistance, mechanical strength, and cost effectiveness.

ALMIX
ALMIX is a high-alumina refractory mix (often supplied as dry ramming mass or castable, depending on grade) used in induction furnaces, ladles, and high-temperature foundry applications. It is designed to withstand high heat, thermal cycling, and molten metal attack when installed and operated correctly.
ALMIX FINE
ALMIX FINE is a high-alumina fine-grain ramming mass specially formulated for induction furnace linings, where a dense, smooth, and crack-free hot face is required. It is widely used in cast iron, SG iron, and selected steel melting applications.
NOZZLE FILLING COMPOUND (SILICA BASED)
A Nozzle Filling Compound (NFC) is a dry, free-flowing refractory powder used in tundish nozzles during steel casting. It is a SiO₂-rich granular refractory placed inside the tundish nozzle before casting. During heating, it partially sinters to prevent molten steel from entering the nozzle prematurely, yet breaks cleanly when casting starts.
NOZZLE FILLING COMPOUND (CHROMITE BASED)
Chromite-based Nozzle Filling Compound (NFC) is a high-performance, neutral refractory powder used in tundish nozzles during steel casting. It is made primarily from chromite (FeO·Cr₂O₃) with controlled grain size and additives. The material does not over-sinter and allows reliable free opening of the nozzle when casting starts.
NOZZLE FILLING COMPOUND (ZIRCON BASED )
Zircon-based Nozzle Filling Compound (NFC) is a high-purity, high-stability refractory powder used in tundish nozzles for continuous steel casting. It is primarily composed of zircon (ZrSiO₄) with carefully controlled grain size and additives. Zircon remains chemically stable at steel casting temperatures and shows very low reactivity with molten steel and slag.
WHYTHEAT "A" (Al2o3 - 80% )
Heat “A” (the initial controlled heat-up / sintering cycle) is mandatory for 80% Al₂O₃ refractories because their strength, safety, and lining life depend on proper phase formation and moisture removal. Skipping or rushing Heat “A” is a common cause of cracks, spalling, metal penetration, and furnace failure.
WHYTHEAT "A" (Al2o3 - 70- 80% )
Heat “A” is the first and most critical controlled heat-up stage for 70–80% Al₂O₃ refractories. Its purpose is to convert a freshly installed lining into a safe, strong ceramic structure. Without Heat “A”, even good-quality refractory can fail dangerously.
K-90 MORTAR
K-90 Mortar is a high-purity, high-alumina refractory mortar (around 90% Al₂O₃) used for laying, jointing, and repairing high-alumina refractory bricks and shapes in high-temperature furnaces. It is designed to match the chemistry and refractoriness of 90% alumina bricks, ensuring strong joints and long lining life.
ACIDIC RAMMING MASS
Acidic Ramming Mass is a silica-based refractory lining material mainly used in induction furnaces for melting cast iron and SG iron. It is called acidic because its chemistry is dominated by SiO₂ (silica) and it performs best with acidic or neutral slag practices.
PREMIX RAMMING MASS
Premix Ramming Mass is a factory-blended refractory lining material supplied in ready-to-use form for induction and other high-temperature furnaces. Unlike site-mixed ramming mass, premix material ensures consistent chemistry, controlled moisture, and reliable performance, which directly improves furnace safety and lining life.
BASIC RAMMING MASS(IND)
Basic Ramming Mass (IND) is a magnesia-based (MgO) refractory lining material specially designed for induction furnaces used in steel melting and high-basic slag practices. It is called basic because its chemistry is dominated by MgO, making it highly resistant to basic slags rich in CaO and MgO.
ACOSET (50)
ACOSET (50) is a medium–high alumina refractory material (≈ 50% Al₂O₃) used as a castable or gunning mix for furnace linings, hot repairs, and backup refractory zones. It offers a balance of thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and economy, making it suitable for a wide range of foundry and furnace applications.
FIRE CLAY
Fire clay is a naturally occurring alumino-silicate clay used as a basic refractory raw material for making fire clay bricks, mortars, and castables. It is one of the oldest and most widely used refractories for moderate-temperature furnace applications.
FIRE CEMENT
Fire Cement is a ready-to-use refractory paste used for sealing joints, bonding refractory bricks, and carrying out small repairs in furnaces, boilers, kilns, chimneys, and fireplaces. It hardens on heating and forms a heat-resistant, gas-tight seal.
GARSEAL /REFSEAL COMPOUND
GARSEAL / REFSEAL Compound is a specialized refractory sealing material used to seal gaps, joints, flanges, doors, covers, and expansion joints in high-temperature furnaces and foundry equipment. Its primary role is to provide a gas-tight, heat-resistant seal and prevent heat loss, air ingress, and hot gas leakage. It is a paste or semi-plastic refractory sealant formulated from alumino-silicate fillers, ceramic binders, and heat-resistant modifiers. After drying and heating, it forms a strong yet slightly flexible ceramic seal that withstands repeated thermal cycles.
